# Principes Généraux

* Toute action illégale doit être strictement RolePlay.
* Le Fear RP est obligatoire en toutes circonstances.
* La connaissance automatique des points illégaux est interdite.
* Le partage HRP d’informations illégales est interdit.
* Un retrait d’accès à l’illégal est possible en cas d’abus.
* CARTEL avec territoire => CARTEL villa => organisation => gang => petite frappe
